In the comfort of your own kitchen (or mine, if you prefer) I’ll teach you how to keep & maintain sourdough starter, hand mix and ferment, shape, score, and bake fresh sourdough bread. During our two hours together, we’ll go through each stage of the entire 24-hour process with hands-on tutorial, and end by slicing into and enjoying our hard work accompanied by jams, cheeses, fruits, and wine. (if you like)
You’ll go home with sourdough starter, recipe booklet, and all the knowledge needed to begin your own journey into sourdough bread baking.
